Sizing :
Please refer to the sizing table below for size measurements. We strongly advise our customers to measure their body parts i.e. Chest, Shoulders and hand/sleeves with the help of measuring tape (as showing in pictures below) prior to picking up the size.
For sizing exchanges, customers will be liable for all return postage costs, and returns must be in its original condition with plastic bag and tags still attached.
PAYMENT:
We accept a range of payment methods including: PayPal (preferred), Bank Deposit, Credit Cards (Visa & Master card). Orders will only be dispatched once the full cleared payment has been received.
We are fairly thorough with our measurement descriptions on each individual product listing to ensure that all our customers are well informed of the sizing prior to their purchase. We strongly recommend our customers to compare the measurements provided in the size chart to a similar garment that they currently own. Apart from that we also recommend our customers to measure their body parts size with the help of measuring tape before they pick the size for the item to ensure the garment fits on arrival and to avoid any lengthy exchange processes.
However, we accept return and exchange cases in the event this does not happen. Buyers will be liable for all return postage costs i.e. to return the jacket to our UK address (shipment must be recorded/tracked) and the shipping cost of new jacket. Buyers should communicate with us via message prior sending the item back to us.
Return and Exchange Time Frame:
Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of item being received. The item must be sent in original, unworn condition with tags still attached.
Return Process:
1) Buyers are supposed to contact us via message and explain us the reason for return. The reason must be valid.
2) We shall then approve the return for the particular purchase.
3) Buyer shall send the item on his own using the Airmail service which is tracked and recorded and write us the tracking number with its carrier.
4) Once we received with the item back in original condition, we shall process the refund to the buyer within 48 hours time via PayPal.
Exchange Process:
1) Buyers are supposed to contact us via message and explain us the reason for exchange. The reason must be valid.
2) We shall then approve the return/exchange for the particular purchase.
3) Buyer shall send the item using the Airmail service which is tracked and recorded and write us the tracking number with its carrier.
4) Buyer shall make the payment via PayPal for the shipment of new item i.e. $29 for USA customer and $39 for international customers.
5) Following we shall dispatch the new item within 3-4 working days which will be delivered within 6-8 working days.
