This is a live Spider Plant planted in a ceramic Whale-shaped animal planter.  The planter does have a drainage hole.

Size: The planter is about 5.5 inches altogether from head to tail.  With the spider plant it is about 7 inches tall altogether.

The planter comes planted with a live Spider Plant houseplant, as shown in the photos, in premium houseplant soil with decorative moss on top.

Spider plants are very easy houseplants to take care of.  They can adapt to many indoor sunlight conditions (they prefer dappled / partial light) and are tolerant of a missed watering :-)
