Faint cover offsetting, uniform tanned offsetting to the endpapers from dust jacket flaps, else near fine in tan cloth, spine titles gilt; in a very good plus, illustrated dust jacket that has tanned at the spine, and shows modest shelf wear.

Jack Lindsay (1900–1990) was an Australian-born writer, who from lived primarily in the United Kingdom. He was a prolific author and translator publishing over 160 books and receiving many literary honors.
