For the Intellivision Master Component, this game should work on the Intellivision II as well.
Condition:
The blue Box Is in excellent medium worn condition. it is the top loader type, not the gatefold type.
Front panel has 4 small dents causing very light wrinkles.
Left side panel is excellent with very lightly wear including the corners.
Right side panel excellent with a couple of small dents and a little bit more wear the the left side and a light tear near the bottom.
Top panel is bulged with some very light wear and wrinkling and small tear in the left side.
Bottom panel excellent, a light fold right side hardly noticeable.
Back panel pretty nice, Light wrinkling left side, about a half an inch in.

The Instructions - Very nice light wrinkling.
Both Controller Overlays - Awesome shape, light scratching from bottom to top.
Game Cartridge - Looks mint.
Most corners of the box have light wear of course.
