c1930 ANTIQUE BASTIAN BROS NEW YORK SENATE MEDAL BADGE TOKEN LEAD BLANK MOLD. I believe lead, it is soft metal, pliable edges, I believe either a test blank or to as a token/paperweight mold. Unmarked, but made by Bastian Bros,Rochester NY.  It measures 3"d. A nice find.
