Turtle pin has a gold tone base, and has green enameling, golden topaz stones an clear stones.  The eyes are a golden topaz like stone.  The enameling has a luster to it and it is in good condition.  There are no missing stones.  It looks like fine jewelry but it is not signed.  It is 1 3/4 inches long and 1 inch wide.  The pin finding is in good condition and works well. .
