 This book is in Very good or better readable condition, only with some age wear, NO writings, pages are clean, and it's tight and sturdy.

There is a small cut on the page 13!!!

 The book comes in a hard unprinted light brown slipcase which shows age uses wear ,with tear in two parts ,but still present and it’s in Acceptable Condition.
