This is most interesting book with stories about the different countries; their dances, culture and lyrics with translations of folk songs that are almost forgotten. "La Perla" is a Puerto Rican folk song that I have never heard of.. There is a section "Trips Abroad" which includes RCAVictor recordings of folks songs from Sweden, Ukraine (Leo Bezruchko), Poland, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia (then), Italy, China and Japan. What a treasure!
