Listing is for doll only. Accessories are not included and doll comes exactly as shown in picture. She does not have shoes but comes with three Our Generation articles of clothing. She is wearing pink scrub pants, a white long sleeve shirt and a pink short sleeve animal print scrub top all tagged Our Generation. There are 2 small tears in scrub shirt along bottom. See pictures. Otherwise doll is in good used condition without flaw. She will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
