Springbok Coca-Cola 1000 pc Puzzle Decades of Tradition EUC This is a used, opened puzzle. I was told it is complete but who really knows til you put it together and I haven't (Not enough hours in the day, ya know?). It appears to be in good clean condition. It came from a family friend so I'm going with "it's all there". If not, you can certainly contact Springbok and see if they will send you whatever pieces you are missing (which will mean you'll have to put it together and send them a photo of the section for the missing pieces and ask for replacements. If I do that first I'll likely lose the whole puzzle in my storage area.) |

2. ALL Items are insured by me prior to shipping so if it arrives damaged, please contact me before contacting or Paypal. I provide full refunds upon receipt of photographs/jpgs of damage (I need those for insurance claims).
3. If you prefer a particular class of postage, SELECT that on the invoice before paying and contact me if necessary for a revised invoice. If you want your items more quickly, then select Priority Mail or Priority Mail International. If cost is a consideration, then, please realize YOU selected the lower cost and don't ding my stars cause it takes forever to arrive.
4. Anything that is slow to arrive, contact me first. Trust me, I hate losing things in the mail as much or more than you do and will hunt them down if at all possible.
5. HASSLE FREE RETURNS!! Just send it back. A heads up email saying it's coming back is appreciated. Refunds are by the same method as the original payment upon my receipt of the returned item in as shipped condition, which means with all tags, labels and packaging intact and undamaged. Do not wear it or wash it or play with it or serve dinner on it and then decide tor return it. That is not acceptable and I will not refund under those circumstances. .
6. International Customers - we do not prepay the VAT or the Customs Duty, that is your responsiblity upon receipt. Our Post Office knows we sell and they wouldn't accept a customs form that said "gift". Besides it is illegal and a violation of eBay TOS so we don't do it.
