The Neo-Pod fits all 4-door ’07-’17 JK Unlimited Wranglers and houses an 8” shallow-mount subwoofer to fill in that low-end audio void! The pod easily slips under the passenger seat for a factory and stealthy appearance and there’s no need to remove the seat for installation. Specialty screws easily attach the pod to the floor and black screw caps complete the look. Bass output is maximized because the sub fires downward, hovering just above the floor. If you have custom-fit rubber floor mats, the rear mat can rest slightly on the back of the pod without issue. The Neo-Pod can be integrated into both factory and upgraded systems. Even if you have the factory subwoofer, the Neo-Pod can be added for additional bass. For those looking to add some bass while keeping their factory system intact, the Neo-Pod can gain the complete signal from the factory sound bar speaker wires. There is a very easy place to tap into those wires along the floor, under the trim, by the passenger seat. The signal from those wires is then used to power an amplifier which can reside under the driver seat. So the Neo-Pod’s under one seat, the amp’s under the other, and no cargo space is taken from anywhere in the vehicle! Most ’11-’17 Wrangler Unlimited models have a small metal bracket attached to the seat riser with two screws and the bracket has one or more wire plugs mounted to it. After removing the bracket, the plugs are easily relocated to the seat frame as shown in the installation instructions. (They pop right into some existing seat frame holes exactly like they popped into the factory bracket – super easy!) Any other wiring that’s connected to the passenger seat is also easily relocated and explained in the instructions with plenty of photos for illustration purposes. Clearing the way for the Neo-Pod is really easy!
The Neo-Pod has an internal sealed volume of .375 cubic feet and an 8” shallow-mount subwoofer maximum mounting depth of 2-7/8”. Pod sidewalls are an impressive .25” thick, nullifying any vibration.
The Neo-Pod is available in three configurations: Option 1: Empty pod and mounting hardware only. Option 2: Pod, mounting hardware, and an 8” Kicker® shallow-mount subwoofer with dual 2-ohm voice coils for wiring flexibility. Option 3: Everything in option 2, plus a Kicker® Mono-Amplifier, Kicker Remote Bass Level Controller, and complete wiring kit. The Neo-Pod will not fit 2-door JK Wranglers because the seat frame and riser is different, allowing the seat to tilt forward, but leaving no room for the pod. Shipping: There is a Two Day Handling period for all orders from time we receive payment of any item. We ship to the Lower 48 States via UPS or FedEx and USPS. Shipments to P. O. Boxes will not be accepted. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Samoa, APO/AFO, and Guam can be shipped but at an extra cost and are shipped via USPS. Please contact us for shipping information. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail to foreign countries can take as long as 20-25 days to reach their destinations. The buyer accepts the long shipping time when items are shipped via USPS. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included in the shipping time.
We drop ship our products through many manufactures, so occasionally an item may be back ordered at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will notify you with the estimated delivery time - with the option to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.
Tracking Information: For your convenience, we will post the tracking information as soon as we receive it from the Shipping Department.
Export information: All export customers are required to contact us with your shipping information so that we can provide you with a shipping cost quote before you purchase the item. Upon request we will send you an invoice including the cost of the item and shipping cost. Please send us the description, and item number for the item that you would like to purchase. There is no real time tracking information given by the USPS to track packages.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY, CUSTOMS, BROKERAGE FEES AND VAT TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
RETURNS: In order to maintain the lowest prices possible we ask your help in minimizing returns. Before your order any item make sure to double check that you have chosen the correct item. If you find that you have made a mistake, you may return item(s) as long as we receive it back within 14 days of delivery to your delivery address. They need to be the Item that we shipped and need to be in new and unused condition and in the original un-opened packaging. Once opened items sold in pre-shrunk packaging cannot be returned. We do not sell used items. Rather than pass the cost of processing returns on to everyone in the form of higher prices, we will reduce your refund by a 20% restocking fee.
Once the item is received back, upon our inspection, we will refund the customer less shipping and restocking fees. Shipping fees will apply even if the listing says free shipping since we have paid to ship the item to the customer originally and just because it says free shipping on the listing it doesn’t mean that the carrier will not charge us and free shipping listings basically mean that the shipping fees are factored into the profit margin of the item when it gets sold. The restocking fee is 20%.
If you can see that the package is damage at the time of delivery, ask the delivery driver to wait while you check out the contents. If your parts are damaged, refuse the delivery. Then send us a message via and we'll start the process to get a new order shipped out to you. If you don't notice the damage until the carrier is gone, send us an message for instructions.
If we have made and error in you order please contact us and point out our error so that we can correct it in our listings to avoid future problems, than make sure that you include a copy of the item sales information so that we can identify the item when we receive it. Also include a note describing our error and if you are correct we will waive the restocking fee. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used and or installed is not returnable. If installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions the item is not returnable. If the item is subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer it will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
If you order included multiple items please place a copy of each order in each return box to ensure that you are credited properly. All returns must be packaged to avoid damage. Ship postage pre-paid. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
When returning items we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or USPS so you have a tracking number. If you ship the return item via truck please contact us before doing so. You will receive an email from us within 3-4 business days of our warehouse receiving the return Item. We will not be responsible for Items that were damaged in the return shipment.
