Antique Austria 1884-1909 Mortiz Zdekauer Chocolate Pot  Pink Rosebuds1270

This is a beautiful Chocolate pot by Mortiz Zdekauer Austria dating from the late 1800's. 

This piece has a beautiful hand painted art decoration which shows fading in some of the decoration.

MZ stands for Moritz Zdekauer who manufactured fine porcelains in Altrolau, Austria from 1884-1909.

Marked on bottom: M Z over the green double headed eagle mark. Austria under.

Below Austria, the Habsburg China signature in tan script.1270 Embossed also on the bottom.

There is a chip in the back above the handle shown in the last picture.

 Fading seen on some of the decorated paint and pinstriped handle in gilt.

9 1/2" Tall  x  5 1/2"  Length x 4" Wide

Spout measures 5 1/2" to back of handle.
