Winifred Lucy Shaffer  (20th Century )  
Winifred Lucy Shaffer was born in Missouri on February 2, 1904. She was an interior decorator in Los Angeles in 1940. By 1960 she had moved to the San Francisco bay area. A spinster, she died in San Leandro, California on March 25, 1993
