ONE WALL PLATE (or use qty button)
These were NOS flood salvage, there originally was jacks that went with these. (antique telephone or speaker we guess)The jacks are gone but these plates can be repurposed or if you have old JACO jack that need fresh cover plates, this is your deal of the day!.
You can put in 1/4" jacks, indicator lamps or small push button or toggle switches.
HOLE DIAMETER IS 10MM OR JUST OVER 3/8"
hole spacing vertically is about 18mm center to center
NOTE The holes are smaller than antique push button light switch so this is not a standard light switch plate.
NOTE The mounting screw layout (the 4 smaller holes) is for light switch type adapter bars, not line up directly with wall box screw layout, so you will need inner adapter bar yokes not included. Something like this (not included) .

NOTE The plates have some residue on them you will need to clean or wipe off, Dish soap and a sponge or paper towel will work.
