Olive Tree one piece romper is semi sheer with elastic neckline that you can wear on or off the shoulders. The fabric is Polyester Crepe Georgette, and has great fit and drape.
The top is blouson style with elastic at the waist.
The attached shorts are lined with silky white lining, and the lining has a nice amount of stretch.
This is perfect to step into at the pool or beach, or when you hop in your boat at the lake. A great swimsuit cover up! Or, you could even wear it with a tank underneath for casual wear.

This is shown in photos on size 16 mannequin who measures 42-33-44. It was a bit snug when pulling it up over her hips, so better fit would be up to 38-40 at the bust and up to 40-42 at hips.

Bust, measured from under arm seams and across the bra area is about 21 inches across
Waist, measured from side to side is about 13 inches across unstretched, to about 19 inches stretched
Hips are about 20 inches across unstretched, side to side, and about 24 inches stretched.
