Völuspá, or the Prophecy, is an ancient poem from Scandinavia about a vision from a seeress from this time, written in one of the greatest poems from this era.

It is a tale about the beginning and the end of the world, rise and fall of the gods, and the new beginning of a better world. The prophecy is a unique view on the way vikings viewed the world at the time. 

Völuspá is one of the most famous and beautiful poems from the Viking Age.
