This heirloom variety amaranth has been passed on for generations within my family and is very nutritious, the gloden green foliage is packed with flavor and essential nutrients. This variety plant is amazingly gorgeous displaying leaves, stem and flowers with their green color. The matured plant with loads of flower lets your neighbors think you have an ornamental plant which is a compliment but you know this plant gives you more than what you want. The entire plant including tender stems, leaves and seeds are edible.

Typically it takes: 45 days for leaf, 90-100 days to maturity of grown for grains.
