1997 Santa's Best Christmas Classics 5 Piece Miniature House Village Set. All 5 houses are in very good condition with no chips or cracks only very slight wear. The box is 16 (1/4)" by 11 (3/4)" by 5 (3/4)". The tallest of the buildings is the church, it is 6 inches tall to the peak of the steeple. I had to replace lights since the old ones burned out.
