How do I reset the EarFun Air wireless earbuds?
?Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
?Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for 8 seconds until the LED indicator on both Bluetooth earbuds flash in purple 3 times.
?Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect “EarFun Air".
What should I do if the volume becomes lower?
?Use cleaning stick to gently clean out the protective screen of earwax on the earbuds from dust or wax and then rub them with clean napkins cause accumulated dust or wax on the caps would block out or diminish the volume.
?Wrap the earbud with your hands, then blow air into the inner membrane of the earbud several times to have a try.
What should I do if the wireless earbuds can’t be charged?
A: Use the cleaning stick to dip rubbing alcohol and then clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case first;
B: Press the earbuds with forces and then wiggle the earbud around in the case several times in order to rub the contacts and strengthen the connection between the earbuds and the charging case.
C: Charge them around 1.5 hour to try it out. (Ensure the case has enough battery life simultaneously).
