Shipping
Once Payment has been cleared we usually ship within one business day. However, some of our items are shipped directly from our vendor and those may take between 1-3 days. Most items are shipped Via USPS or UPS.
Terms of Sale
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us or if it arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of that item. All returns must include an authorization number provided by our Customer Service Representatives in order for you to receive credit. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless that has been waived by one of our team members. We do not accept returns on any of our personalized, engraved, or embroidered items.
