Phyllostachys Nuda is reputed to be the hardiest species of the genus. New culms are dark green and powdery. This native of Tang-si, Chekiang Province, China grows to 34 feet in height and 2 inches in diameter. This is a good bamboo for windbreaks. Running bamboo. It prefers full sun and is cold hardy to -20F degrees.

This is a "Mature" 5 gallon size plant (Not a Seedling) with well-developed roots. Plants may be trimmed at top to 3-4 ft. for shipping. Plants are shipped by UPS Ground with the rootball and some soil wrapped in a wetpack. Thanks for looking!!!
