Please carefully examine all pictures before purchasing.  The pictures are an important part of the description, and usually include important measurements. Items are in good pre-owned condition unless otherwise noted. 

Booklet is undated but I believe it to be from the 1920's or so. It is in somewhat rough shape, with corners missing from some pages, and some wormholes.
