While the front cover banner states "FIRST PUBLICATION IN ALMOST FIFTY YEARS," Larry apparently failed to mention the Jove (Berkley Publishing Group) paperback edition, published in March 1985 -- about 24 years previous to the Hard Case Crime edition, rather than "ALMOST FIFTY YEARS," as stated.  Whoops.
