Hand Painted Tonola Style Wooden Hand Carved Leaning Duck.  This piece is really unique.  The Tonola decorative painting style in Mexico is more commonly used for glazed pottery, whereas hand carved wood is more often painted in the alebrije style.  Maybe you could call it a hybrid craft, but I would call it an unsigned piece of artwork.  There is some very minor scratching, but otherwise in great shape and about 7oz and 8"long.
You can see from the photos I tried natural sunlight and indoor light, but you really have to see it in person to appreciate how beautiful it is.  It would sit safely leaning over a shelf, but could also be put at an angle on a flat surface.
