US single-weight glossy photograph from the 1930's WWI-themed FIlm-Noir crime drama, THEY GAVE HIM A GUN, released in 1937 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and directed by W.S. Van Dyke (AKA Woody Van Dyke). A World War I veteran who married the girlfriend of his presumed-dead war buddy falls into the racketeering business.

The image depicts US soldiers Fred P. Willis (Spencer Tracy) seated on his coat as he talks with fellow soldier James "Jimmy" Davis (Franchot Tone). It is in fine+ condition with the lightly rusted outline of a small paperclip on the top border.
