If the item is defective a replacement part will be sent at no additional cost. If a customer needs a replacement part immediately he must prepay the second part with a credit card. A full refund will be issued once the defective part is received. Shipping Policy: All parts are shipped normally within 1 (one) business day. Occasionally shipping may be delayed a few days. Normally the cut off time for in stock parts, same day shipping is 12 noon EST (New York City time). This part will be shipped by US first class mail NOT INSURED with a tracking number in USA or without any tracking number internationally. Insurance is $3.75 additional and must be paid at time of checkout. Delivery is the responsibility of the carrier only.
