For your consideration, here is a Rolodex Small Card File Organizer, with cards and alphabetic index dividers, made by Rubbermaid Home Products.  It is not marked with a model number.  The Rolodex card organizer has wear and scratches on it.  It opens and closes fine.  There are no cracks or chips.  Most of the cards have plastic sleeves.  The cards measure 4 by 2 1/4 inches.  It will be mailed in a box for protection.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (621.92j-.16hc)
