These are pure cotton, water-resistant, windproof trousers from Orvis.  The cotton poplin has silicone encapsulation sealing the microscopic spaces in the surface for wind and rain protection. 

• 2 Colors: Tan or Weathered Navy (the navy isn't very "blue" and it has a weathered finish).

• 100% Cotton Poplin.  

• 2 Pockets in the Front and back.  Extra Coin Pocket in Front.

• Leather Trim on Cuff Bottoms.
