These are  awesome new Burton Neighborhood Hellbrook pants!  These are very hard to get in the US, the neighbourhood collection is a limited collection sold in Japan!  Here are the specs: 

  • DRYRIDE Durashell 2 layer cotton plaid plain woven material (10,000 mm, 15,000 g).

  • Fully Taped Seams.

  • Taffeta and mesh liner in shell.

  • 2 Pockets in Front and Back.  Cargo Pocket on Each Leg.

  • Side Vents.
