This is a Baccarat Crystal France Dragon Figurine or Paperweight. I believe these were issued for the year of the Dragon (Chinese Calendar) Excellent condition, no damage or scratches. It's signed on the side with circular mark on base. Measures approximately 5 inches long, 4 inches in height and 1 1/2 inches wide.
