This item was created in 2014 by artist Lord Mesa. Includes beautiful artwork of Green Arrow & Slade Wilson. It reads "LORD 14" toward the bottom left.

It was given to Marc Guggenheim (executive producer of many of the CW superhero shows) as a gift. 

This item is incredibly rare, possibly one of a kind!

The back is handsigned by Marc Guggenheim.

This item is framed. The plate measures 15" x 19" The whole item measures 18" x 22".
