A Collection of (7) Seven Antique Photos of the August Nagel Family. Known to reside in or near Greensburg, Pennsylvania; Columbiana, Ohio; and Irondale/Port Townsend, Washington. From the 1940 US Census we know they were living in Irondale. August was born circa 1871, and Emma about 1877, both in Germany. For a time, August owned a small store and gasoline station in Irondale, circa 1930s called "Kid Nagel's Place." Their son William "Bill" Nagel was a successful contractor in the area, and was instrumental in the creation of an upscale housing community near Port Townsend called Cape George Colony.
