This is a unisex "Microsoft Small Business / Leeds" Folding Pocket Folder for cards, note paper etc with an outer tab holder for a small pen or pencil. (Pen or pencil not included).

functional item .. fits easily in sport jacket or suit pockets, ladies handbags etc. Black and gray faux leather with tight pocket on the
outside. On the inside is a pocket for small note paper and pockets
for credit card, business card etc.
Folded measures 3 3/4" x 5" when opened measures 7 1/2"
