The story of this plate is on the back...written in Russian.  Cyrillic..  I know that it is a limited edition plate...Bradex No. 60-V25-1.2 8010.  The colors on the black background are rich and it is accented in gold.  Art object...not for food use.  It is done in the style of the beautiful lacquer boxes from the village of palekh.    Design by Roman Leonidovich Belousov.  
This plate is preloved....but it looks perfect to me.

I ship from a non smoking house, but I don't know the story of these items before I get them. Some people may notice odors that I don't, so I can't say that they are odor free, smoke free, or pet free.
