For your consideration, here is a Jeff Gordon Decorative Metal License Plate, from JG Motorsports, copyright 2002.  It measures 11 7/8 by 6 inches.  It has some wear on it.  There are three scratch marks on it, one above the “G”, one below the ”D” in DUPONT and to the right of the middle flame, up at the top.
