Based upon the novel by William Peter Blatty, when a 12-year-old girl (Linda Blair) is possessed by a mysterious entity, her mother (Ellen Burstyn) seeks the help of two priests (Max von Sydow, Jason Miller) to save her. The cast includes Lee J. Cobb, Kitty Winn, Jack MacGowran, William O'Malley, Barton Hyyman, and Peter Masterson.

Issued for the film's original 1973 US theatrical release by Warner Bros., this pressbook consists of 16 pages featuring black-and-white photographic images and various advertising posters and other materials.
