Offered is a wonderful letter from the Consulate General of the Netherlands, NY NY, dated Apr 1st, 1921. Looks like a cover letter for legal papers ent from the consulate to Attorney James Rolfe, Clifton Springs NY. Creased, some light soiling. It measures 8 1/2" x 11". A nice find.
