Large scale items will ship via LTL freight and require shipping to a business address with forklift or loading dock. Smaller items will ship with UPS or FedEx. Prime USA Scales provides tracking information in 24-48 hours on most orders. You will receive a walk through email keeping you abreast of your payment, shipment, and delivery confirmation. Returns are accepted 30 days after the purchase. Shipping will be paid both ways by buyer for returns. If you purchased with free shipping your return amount will have shipping deducted from your refund. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to your return based on if item is used or new.  Prime USA Scales offers our Tree DCT-110 dual counting scale. The dual platform offers two capacities: 5 lb and 110 lb capacity with a readability of 0.0001 lbs / 0.0002 lb. This dual platform gives the DCT series 40 times more resolution than most competitors counting scales. The scale also includes internal rechargeable battery, AC power operation, stainless steel pan, bright LED display, and 2 year warranty. The DCT also features Tree's ANYCAL calibration software which allows you to calibrate the scale yourself. The DCT 110 has a full numeric keypads for manual entry of known piece weights, number of items for sampling and for upper and lower limits for utilizing the built in check counting function.
