 I am Lolly . . . with a  background in graphic design and a healthy addiction to beads I have been creating beaded jewelry for almost 10 years. The materials used in my designs are hand picked for their beauty and unique qualities . . . only the finest quality materials are chosen. I do not purchase large quantities of beads. The lampwork glass beads shown in the Bead Shoppe are limited quantities and may not be offered again.

We accept payment by: Paypal. Please pay for your items within 5 days. Your items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, 
orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail within 1 to 2 business days. Shipping discount applies when multiple items are purchased and paid with one single payment. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package, including packaging.

In case your package is slow in getting to you, please check the postmark on your package before leaving negative feedback or low ratings. After your package leaves my hands, I cannot control the length of time it takes to reach you.

Genuinely damaged goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any damaged goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be damaged, we will also refund the postage cost.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us. We will be happy to issue a refund of purchase price, exchange or store credit.

Refund will not be issued if the item is not returned.
