Fair condition. Cover soiling and wear, some tearing on spine hinges at the head, spine frayed at the head and tail, edge and corner wear. Good binding, some text soiling and wear, including foxing. A bit musty smelling. It measures 5 7/8"w x 8 7/8"h x 1 1/2". A nice find.
