This little pitcher was made for a wedding...maybe in Jordan.  It was for Mia and Eric...  the wedding was in 1999.  The inscription is on the bottom.  The people on the front are hand painted and look like they are dancing...or celebrating.  Very special.  If you can add to the translation...i would be happy to hear it.  The handle is offset...and I think that it was for serving coffee.  
Preloved...but this unusual piece looks perfect to me.
