AA Medallion Holder Keychain For Use With BSP Tri-Plate Coins Medallions.  The Classic Black, Mandarin Red or Midnight Blue Coins

The holder opens with a VERY VERY small screw at the top.  This is a very secure precision design.  The downside is that you must have an extremely small flat blade screwdriver to open the hoop and then insert your medallion.  I used a screwdriver from a computer repair kit but maybe a jewelry or eyeglasses repair kit might work.
