This is a battery operated remote control car. When the cars charge, they mimic the sounds of a pitstop. FAST charging. 

This unit makes all of the noises & sounds, but the car will not move for some reason. It may be a simple fix, but I have no idea.

This one also has the blue wheels and STP decal on the rear quarter panel of the car.
