Vintage original 27x41 in. Unrestored and folded as originally issued, it is in fine+ condition with 1.75 in. of separation at the top of the left vertical foldline and a 3 in. vertical crease along the left edge at the first horizontal foldline. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, writing, or other flaws.

Posters from these low-budget exploitation films were printed in much smaller quantities than the major studio release posters, making them that much more scarce. They have become very collectible for their rarity and unusual subject matter.

We could find very little information about this film online and have included the following two items that were written by individuals who claim to have seen the film:

"Can’t say too much about this one that doesn’t explain itself. An old hag who’s obsessed with Marlene Dietrich and her dwarf roommate run a brothel. They stock their women by having the dwarf kidnap them and keep them on smack. Weird sequences abound, crazy psych rock fills the score and there’s a whole lot of r*pe. It looks like it was shot in a European dungeon, the pacing is bad and aside from being really sleazy - there’s just not a lot to it beyond novelty. Maybe I’m just desensitized, and this is beyond Salò when it comes to movies for true sickos. Like many others here, I watched the original “The Dwarf” version."

"The unrated version of The Sinful Dwarf not to be confused with the hardcore version. Like Caligula but predates it. This was made as an exploitation movie and some call it Dwarf exploitation. lol the difference between this version the the hardcore The Sinful Dwarf that 7 minutes where cut from the movie so that it could be shown in American drive Inns. I did look for the hardcore version but could not find it in English. Though it was originally shot in English it was badly dubbed in the hardcore version with no subtitles. The edited version is pretty good and the subject matter is still quite dark. It is a horror movie that is unique and you should watch it once because it is an extreme classic that horror industry tries to bury as being depraved though Serbian film is heralded as the extreme and is a harder watch than this one. Serbian film accepted and The Sinful Dwarf is not. Though is strange A movie that was produced the same as Caligula and the Hardcore version is considered Drama go figure. This was a banned movie when it was released it seems many still want to ban it though more extreme movies are accepted. Give it a try."
