This Apple 3.5 Drive has been upgraded from an 800k to 1.4mb Sony Drive. It will now accept 800k or 1.4mb disks. These drives work with a classic Mac that supports a second drive or Apple II computer fitted with a 3.5 Super Controller Card. It can be used on a Mac or Apple II that recognize only 800k drives but it will only be able to use 800k disks. Do not use with the Apple Liron controller as damage will occur.

Drive has been serviced with lubrication and head cleaned. Eject is smooth and functional.

Comes with an 800k and 1.4mb test disk formatted on an Apple Macintosh Classic II.
