This is a factory original (OEM) Honda dash-mounted DVD drive with faceplate. This is just part of the rear entertainment system. The wiring, screen, remote and headphones should already be in your vehicle. If the factory DVD player in your 2005 Pilot no longer plays, loads or ejects DVDs, this should solve your problem.
