This is a Live Haworthia Cooperi Succulent in a 2-inch mini Terra Cotta Planter (the pot does have a drainage hole).

The succulent is planted with soil and a few decorative stones on top, as shown in the photo.

Haworthia Cooperi is related to the common Zebra succulent plant. It has fat, bright green leaves which have a darker green veining. Haworthia cooperi is interesting because it has translucent "windows" at the ends of the leaves that allow the plant to bring in as much light as possible.  It is a very easy-to-care-for succulent, needing little water and being happy with partial sunlight or bright indirect light. Haworthia grow fairly slowly, and it will bloom with a tall stem with small white flowers.
