Vintage original 8x10 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the classic 1930's Walt Disney animated comedy short, MICKEY'S KANGAROO, released in 1935 by United Artists and directed by David Hand. Mickey gets a package from Australia: a kangaroo, complete with boxing gloves. The 'roo moves into Pluto's brand new doghouse, much to his annoyance (which we actually hear voiced). Mickey gives the big 'roo a boxing workout while leaving Pluto with the joey. Pluto gets into some old bedsprings and bonds with the tot. Meanwhile, Mickey is getting pummeled.
The image depicts Mickey Mouse reading an instructional book on boxing as he cheerfully walks with Pluto while Mickey carries a pair of boxing gloves and imagines being in the ring with the kangaroo from Australia. It is in fine+ condition with some small scattered creases and light signs of wear around the edges. There are no pinholes tears, stains, writing, or other flaws.
