Description

Condition: The book is in rough used condition. The leather covers are deteriorated from age as a lot of 19^th century leather books are. The front cover is literally hanging on by a few threads. The back cover is still intact. The spine also shows deterioration of the leather with not much of the title plates being left. As far as I can tell, the binding is good with no loose pages, though it definitely feels a bit stiff to open probably from not being opened for 50 years or something like that. The pages have yellowing, staining and soiling from age, but nothing I would consider out of the ordinary for a book this old. It also has the classic old book smell that only a nearly 2 century old book could have.

Measurements: 11” x 7-1/4” x about 2-1/2”.

Other Information: Due to the condition of the leather, this book will be in a sealable plastic bag to store it in for shipment so you don’t have to get bits of 187 year old animal hide on your hands when unpacking it.
