Book is very good, with water stains to lower right portion of back cover, pictorial paste-on is mint, owner signature and date (1932) on the front pastedown endpaper, moderate toning to endpapers, and a whisper of wear to corners; in an almost-good dust jacket having water stains, chipping, tears and creases.
